Timetable

The conference will start in the evening of September 12 (Monday) and end around noon on September 17 (Saturday). The preceding workshop for graduate students will start on September 11 (Sunday).

There will be 20 invited talks. In addition, there are 20 contributed talks of 15'(+5') duration and 6 hot topic talks of 20'(+5') duration as well as 112 posters in four poster sessions of 8 hours total duration.

If possible, all posters (max. A0 portrait, i.e. up to 84cm wide and up to 118cm high) shall be displayed for the entire week, but their presentation will be distributed over four separate poster sessions in order to enable poster presenters to look at other posters as well.

There are two excursion options, one cultural and one more technological, both located in and around Goslar (UNESCO World Cultural Heritage).

There are two cultural events on the free thursday evening: A concert by the Göttinger Symphonie Orchester (book yourself, only few free tickets remaining) and a visit to the art collection of the University of Göttingen (limited registrations will be available at the conference desk).
